Practice Manager responsibilities include:
1. Manage daily practice operations including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization
2. Develop and implement practice policies, procedures, and performance standards
3. Oversee financial management including budgeting, revenue cycle, and expense control
4. Lead, train, and mentor administrative and clinical support staff
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and industry standards
6. Manage patient/client relations and resolve service delivery issues
7. Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical operations
8. Implement and maintain practice management software and technology systems
9. Analyze practice performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
10. Manage facility operations, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of practice management experience in healthcare or professional services
3. Proven expertise in financial management and budget oversight
4. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and insurance billing
5. Experience with practice management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar)
6. Demonstrated leadership and staff management capabilities
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

3. Certification in Medical Practice Management (CPPM or CMPE)
