Junior Recruiter responsibilities include:

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit 4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers 5. Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 6. Assist with job postings across various recruitment platforms 7. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts 8. Participate in recruitment events and college career fairs 9. Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process 10. Assist with reference checks and background verification processes

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience 3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Basic understanding of US employment laws and regulations 6.
