Internal Recruiter responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across various departments
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
5. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms for candidate management
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring positive candidate experience
7. Negotiate job offers and manage pre-employment processes
8. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to HR leadership
9. Stay current with US employment laws and recruitment best practices
10. Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent acquisition events
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate environment
3. Proven expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
4. Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels
5. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
8. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software
10. Metrics-driven approach with focus on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
