5. Design and evaluate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and change management strategies

7. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable outcomes
8. Provide expert consultation on workplace motivation, team dynamics, and organizational culture

10. Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights
1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from an APA-accredited program
2. Minimum 3 years of applied experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR analytics
3. Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) and advanced quantitative methods
4. Demonstrated experience with psychometric test development and validation
5. Strong knowledge of employment law, EEOC guidelines, and professional ethics (SIOP guidelines)
6. Experience designing and implementing performance management systems and competency models
7. Proven ability to conduct job analysis and develop evidence-based selection procedures
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
1. PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with published research in peer-reviewed journals
