Job Overview
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR technology with business objectives, ensure data integrity, and provide analytical insights to support HR and organizational decision-making across the United States.
HRIS Manager responsibilities include:
1. Manage and maintain HRIS systems including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud
2. Ensure data integrity through regular audits, system updates, and validation processes
3. Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards for HR metrics and analytics
4. Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and system integrations
5. Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end-users
6. Collaborate with IT and HR to streamline processes and improve system functionality
7. Maintain system security and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
8. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or related field
2. 5+ years of HRIS management experience with enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, or Oracle)
3. Proven experience in HRIS implementation and system integration projects
4. Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools
5. Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
6. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
7. Experience with data integrity management and audit procedures
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in HR Management or Information Technology
2. HRIS certification (Workday, SAP, or Oracle certified)
3. Experience in multi-state HR compliance and regulations
4. Background in HR process improvement and automation
5. Previous experience in Fortune 500 or large multinational corporations
6. Knowledge of payroll system integrations (ADP, Paychex, or similar)
7. Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
