Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies that attract diverse and qualified professionals to our organization.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across different departments
2. Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events
3. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
5. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to manage candidate workflow
6. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics
8. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
9. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
10. Stay updated on US labor laws and EEOC compliance requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in US market
3. Proven experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
4. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
7. Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
8. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
9. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
10. Results-driven approach with proven track record of meeting hiring goals
Preferred Qualifications
1. PHR or SHRM-CP certification
2. Experience recruiting in multiple industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
3. Background in high-volume recruitment environments
4. Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives
5. Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques
6. Experience with recruitment marketing strategies
7. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
8. Previous agency recruitment experience
9. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
10. Experience with employer branding initiatives
