2. Conduct Form I-9 verifications and E-Verify submissions in compliance with USCIS regulations
3. Coordinate background checks and drug screenings following FCRA guidelines
4. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits, and culture
5. Process onboarding documentation through HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM)
6. Collaborate with IT department to ensure equipment setup and system access before start dates
7. Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during first 90 days to ensure successful integration
8. Maintain accurate onboarding metrics and reports for HR leadership review
9. Update onboarding materials to reflect changes in employment laws and company policies
10. Serve as liaison between new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners
1. 2+ years of HR onboarding or coordination experience in US market
2. Thorough knowledge of federal employment laws (I-9, E-Verify, FCRA, FLSA)
3. Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or Oracle)
4. Experience processing high-volume onboarding (40+ employees monthly)
5. Strong understanding of multi-state compliance requirements
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
8. Experience with document management and record retention policies
9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
10. Strong organizational and time management skills
