Coordinate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and IT to ensure seamless pre-boarding and Day 1 readiness 3. Conduct new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits, and culture 4. Manage I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance according to federal regulations 5. Develop and track onboarding metrics to measure program effectiveness and new hire satisfaction 6. Create and maintain onboarding materials, including digital resources and welcome kits 7. Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days 8. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all onboarding documentation meets legal requirements 9. Implement buddy/mentor programs to support new employee integration 10. Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and industry best practices

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 5+ years of HR experience with minimum 3 years specializing in onboarding, orientation, or talent acquisition operations 3. Expert knowledge of US employment verification requirements (I-9, E-Verify) and compliance standards 4. Proven experience designing and managing large-scale onboarding programs 5.
