Job Overview

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and implementing HR strategies across the organization. This position serves as a key partner to management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with US employment laws. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Executive responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for US-based positions 2. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other US-specific benefit offerings 3. Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management in compliance with US labor laws 4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity following US privacy regulations (FCRA, HIPAA) 5. Coordinate performance review cycles and compensation analysis using market data from US compensation surveys 6. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) 7. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure proper completion of I-9 verification and E-Verify processes 8. Partner with management on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management strategies

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in US corporate environment 3. Thorough knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII) 4. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms) 5. Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition 6. Strong understanding of US benefits administration and compliance requirements 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse employee populations 8. PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA with HR concentration 2. Experience in multi-state operations and knowledge of state-specific employment laws 3. Background in technology, healthcare, or financial services industries 4. Experience with HR analytics and reporting using tools like Tableau or Power BI 5. Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and implementation 6. Experience with HR transformation projects or system implementations 7. Background in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking using US market data 8. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
