Conduct workforce planning analysis to identify trends and forecast future staffing needs 4. Support compensation analysis through market pricing, salary band development, and pay equity studies 5. Analyze employee engagement survey results and provide actionable recommendations 6. Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data needs and provide analytical support 7. Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR data governance standards 8. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on HR metrics and trends

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field 2. 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or data analysis role 3. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM) 4. Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization 5. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas 6. Knowledge of HR processes and metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, etc.) 7.
