1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across various departments
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team needs
5. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software effectively
6. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
7. Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines and company hiring policies
8. Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs regularly
9. Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
10. Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules and hiring team calibrations
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
3. Proven experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
