Headhunter responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across multiple industries 2. Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify passive candidates 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance 5. Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks) 6. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and competency-based interviews 7. Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer processes 8. Maintain accurate candidate tracking and client documentation in our ATS 9. Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and revenue goals 10. Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to clients

Must-Have Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive search or agency recruitment 2. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill roles 3. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management 4. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills 6.
