Head of HR Operations responsibilities include:

1. Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and employee data management 2. Oversee HRIS implementation, maintenance, and optimization to support data-driven decision making 3. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) 4. Develop and implement standardized HR processes and procedures across all US locations 5. Manage vendor relationships for HR systems, benefits providers, and other third-party services 6. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior leadership on key operational indicators 7. Lead annual benefits open enrollment process and manage employee benefits programs 8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience 9. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and positive experience 10. Manage budget for HR operations and identify cost-saving opportunities

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR operations leadership role 3. Extensive knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (federal and multi-state) 4. Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM) 5. Background in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, or government contracting)
