Executive Recruiter responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for C-level and senior executive positions 2. Conduct thorough market research and talent mapping within specific industries 3. Source, screen, and qualify high-caliber executive candidates through multiple channels 4. Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial client consultation to offer negotiation 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies 6. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other premium sourcing tools effectively 7. Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and reference checks 8. Provide strategic consulting to clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies 9. Maintain accurate candidate and client data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 10. Achieve and exceed quarterly placement targets and revenue goals

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field 2. Minimum 5 years of executive recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting 3. Proven track record of successfully placing C-level and VP-level executives 4. Extensive knowledge of executive compensation structures and negotiation strategies 5.
