Job Overview

The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive D&I strategies and initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with senior leadership to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of our business operations, talent practices, and organizational culture to drive meaningful change and business results.

Diversity and Inclusion Manager responsibilities include:

Develop and execute enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with business objectives Conduct regular diversity metrics analysis and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate D&I principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention practices Design and deliver D&I training programs for employees at all levels, including unconscious bias and inclusive leadership training Establish and maintain relationships with external diversity organizations and community partners Lead employee resource groups (ERGs) and provide strategic guidance for their initiatives Investigate and address D&I-related concerns and complaints in collaboration with HR and Legal teams Stay current on D&I trends, legal requirements, and best practices in the US market

Must-Have Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in diversity and inclusion, HR, or related field Demonstrated experience developing and implementing D&I strategies in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion Experience with diversity metrics analysis and reporting Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering D&I training Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant field Professional certification in diversity and inclusion (e.g., CDP, CDE) Experience working in multiple industries or large, matrixed organizations Background in change management and organizational development Experience with diversity recruiting strategies and partnerships Familiarity with D&I assessment tools and benchmarking methodologies Previous experience in a global organization with US focus
