Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across various departments, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the US market. The ideal candidate will develop innovative recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure exceptional candidate experiences while meeting our organization's growing hiring needs.

Corporate Recruiter responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across various departments 2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates 3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads 5. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software effectively 6. Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor 7. Coordinate and participate in career fairs and networking events 8. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations 9. Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs regularly 10. Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience in the US market 3. Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques 4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA) 5.
