We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in the US market. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates while ensuring compliance with US employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments and demonstrate expertise in utilizing modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Contract Recruiter responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across various US locations
2. Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks
3. Conduct thorough screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
5. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy
6. Build and maintain pipeline of passive candidates for critical roles
7. Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines and other federal employment regulations
8. Provide regular recruitment metrics and reporting to hiring managers
9. Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding process
10. Stay current with US market trends and competitive intelligence
1. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in US market
2. Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and timelines
3. Extensive experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
4. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements
5. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
6. Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
10. Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipeline effectively
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in agency recruiting or RPO environment
2. Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or recruiting (CIR, CDR)
3. Experience with high-volume technical recruiting
4. Background in healthcare, technology, or financial services industries

7. Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes and requirements
