3. Advise HR and business leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and policy interpretations.
4. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency laws, Equal Pay Act).
5. Develop and deliver compensation training and communications to managers and employees.
6. Analyze compensation trends and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
7. Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity awards.
8. Conduct pay equity analyses to identify and address disparities.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, design, or consulting.
3. Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW).
4. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
5. Knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and regulations (FLSA, pay equity, state-specific requirements).
6. Experience designing and administering incentive plans, bonus structures, and total rewards programs.
