Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Lead organizational development, succession planning, and talent management strategies 3. Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs 4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 5. Manage the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures 6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 7. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization 8. Oversee HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions 9. Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 8 years in executive HR leadership 3. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification 4. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies 5. Extensive knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements 6.
