Job Overview

As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campus recruitment programs to attract top-tier entry-level talent from universities and colleges across the United States. You will serve as the primary ambassador for our organization on campus, building strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations to establish a consistent pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates for various internship and full-time opportunities.

Campus Recruiter responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies targeting top US universities and colleges 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations 4. Plan and execute campus events including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events 5. Coordinate and manage internship programs including onboarding, training, and conversion processes 6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and metrics 7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop candidate profiles 8. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI 9. Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives 10. Manage campus recruitment budget and vendor relationships

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations 3. Proven track record of successful campus hiring programs in the US market 4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) 5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and EEOC compliance requirements 6. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for campus events 7.
