Generate daily order reports and process documentation for audit compliance 6. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns according to company policies 7. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Must-Have Requirements

1. 2+ years of order entry or data entry experience in US-based companies 2. High school diploma or equivalent required 3. Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite 4. 10-key by touch proficiency with minimum 8,000 KPH 5. Ability to process 50+ orders per hour with 99% accuracy 6. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Experience with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Salesforce CRM 3. Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems 4.
