4. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor
6. Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment
7. Report maintenance issues and damages to appropriate personnel
8. Adhere to specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous professional cleaning experience (6+ months)
3. Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
4. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling
5. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
6. Basic English communication skills
7. Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2+ years of commercial or residential cleaning experience
