Maintain cleanliness of bar area including wiping surfaces, cleaning spills, and removing empty bottles/glasses 3. Assist with basic prep work such as cutting fruit garnishes, preparing simple syrups, and stocking condiments 4. Change kegs and maintain proper beer tap system operation 5. Collect and wash glassware using commercial dishwashers 6. Retrieve bottled beverages from storage areas and coolers 7. Assist with inventory counting and rotation of products 8. Support bartenders during peak hours by fetching supplies and clearing empty containers 9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout shift

Must-Have Requirements

1. Minimum 18 years of age (21+ in some states for alcohol handling) 2. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods 3. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order preparation 4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required 5. Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance 6.
