1. Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes 2. Schedule appointments using salon software (Mindbody, Booker, or similar) 3. Process payments and handle cash drawer reconciliation 4. Answer multi-line phone system and respond to email inquiries 5. Maintain client database with accurate contact and preference information 6. Coordinate with stylists and aestheticians regarding schedule changes 7. Manage retail product sales and maintain inventory levels 8. Ensure reception area and waiting lounge are clean and organized 9. Handle client complaints with empathy and professional resolution 10. Process gift certificate sales and track redemption
