3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory work and imaging studies
4. Develop and implement patient management plans
5. Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
6. Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre/post-operative care
7. Provide patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance
8. Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
9. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
10. Maintain compliance with state regulations and healthcare standards
1. Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
2. Current NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification
3. State licensure as a Physician Assistant
4. DEA registration for prescription authority
5. BLS and ACLS certifications
6. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or relevant specialty
7. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
8. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
9. Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
