Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and medication management 3. Administer electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS) to diagnose neuromuscular disorders 4. Perform interventional procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, and spinal injections under fluoroscopic/ultrasound guidance 5. Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists 6. Manage chronic pain conditions through multimodal approaches including medication management and interventional techniques 7. Document patient care in EHR systems following HIPAA compliance standards 8. Provide patient and family education on disability management and functional improvement strategies

Must-Have Requirements

1. Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from accredited institution 2. Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) 3. Valid state medical license with DEA certification 4. Completed 4-year ACGME-accredited PM&R residency program 5. Proficiency in electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG/NCS) interpretation 6. Experience with fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures 7. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders 8. Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Fellowship training in pain medicine, sports medicine, or spinal cord injury 2. 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in physiatry 3. Experience in academic medicine with teaching responsibilities 4. Previous work in multidisciplinary rehabilitation settings 5. Proficiency in performing advanced interventional procedures 6. Experience with inpatient rehabilitation unit management 7. Knowledge of workers' compensation and disability evaluation systems 8. Research experience with publications in PM&R journals
