Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified OB-GYN to join our prestigious women's healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients throughout all stages of life, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and compassionate patient care in accordance with American healthcare standards and guidelines.
OB-GYN responsibilities include:
1. Perform routine and high-risk obstetric care including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services
2. Conduct well-woman exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and contraceptive counseling
3. Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders including endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids
4. Perform surgical procedures including C-sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and D&C
5. Manage menopausal and perimenopausal health concerns
6. Utilize electronic health records (Epic or Cerner) for accurate patient documentation
7. Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
8. Maintain hospital privileges and adhere to ACOG guidelines and standards
1. Medical degree from an accredited US medical school
2. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
3. Valid state medical license and DEA registration
4. Completion of accredited OB-GYN residency program
5. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
6. Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
7. Proven ability to perform C-sections and gynecological surgeries
8. Clean malpractice history with no disciplinary actions
Preferred Qualifications
1. Fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology, or gynecologic oncology
2. 5+ years of post-residency experience in private practice or hospital setting
3. Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (da Vinci system)
4. Previous work in academic medicine with teaching responsibilities
5. Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
6. Experience with high-risk pregnancy management
7. Published research in OB-GYN peer-reviewed journals
8. Active participation in ACOG or other professional organizations

1. Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
2. Proficiency in ultrasound and fetal monitoring interpretation
