4. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices

7. Manage unit budget, inventory, and supply chain operations
8. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital administration

1. Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from accredited program

5. Current BLS and ACLS certifications
6. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
