We are seeking a licensed Neuropsychologist to conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, diagnose cognitive disorders, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. The ideal candidate will work with diverse patient populations across various clinical settings, utilizing advanced assessment tools to evaluate brain-behavior relationships and provide critical insights for patient care.
Neuropsychologist responsibilities include:
1. Administer and interpret comprehensive neuropsychological test batteries including WAIS, WMS, CVLT, and MMPI-2
2. Conduct differential diagnosis for neurological conditions (dementia, TBI, stroke, ADHD, learning disorders)
3. Generate detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports with actionable treatment recommendations
4. Provide evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapeutic interventions
5. Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
6. Maintain current knowledge of neuropsychological assessment research and best practices
7. Supervise doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows in clinical neuropsychology
1. PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from APA-accredited program
2. Current state licensure as a Psychologist with HSP designation
3. Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) or eligibility
4. Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience in neuropsychological assessment
5. Proficiency in standardized neuropsychological test administration and interpretation
6. Extensive knowledge of DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria
7. Strong clinical writing skills with experience preparing comprehensive evaluation reports
Preferred Qualifications
1. Fellowship training in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN-member program)
2. Experience with pediatric neuropsychology and developmental disorders
3. Background in geriatric neuropsychology and dementia evaluation
4. Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic, Cerner) and assessment software
