3. Maintain strict adherence to state board sanitation regulations and OSHA standards
4. Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend appropriate services and products
5. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and retail product recommendations
6. Maintain inventory of nail supplies, polishes, and equipment
7. Upsell additional services and premium products to enhance client experience
1. Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license
2. Minimum 2 years of professional nail technician experience
3. Proficiency in gel polish application, acrylic nails, and basic nail art
4. Comprehensive knowledge of sanitation and disinfection protocols
5. Strong customer service and communication skills
6. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed hand work
7. High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1. 3+ years experience in high-volume salon environment
2. Certification in advanced nail techniques (e.g., CND, OPI, or Essie certifications)
