Implement crisis intervention strategies and conduct suicide risk assessments when necessary 7. Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education to maintain licensure requirements

Must-Have Requirements

1. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution 2. Current state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent clinical license 3. Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health treatment 4. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) 5. Demonstrated experience with diagnostic assessment and treatment planning 6. Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements (HIPAA compliance) 7.
