Seeking a skilled and licensed Esthetician to provide exceptional skincare treatments and personalized consultations in our upscale spa environment. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of skin physiology, various treatment modalities, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth through exceptional service delivery and client retention.
Esthetician responsibilities include:
1. Perform professional facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare treatments following state protocols and safety standards
2. Conduct thorough skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans addressing client concerns including acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and sensitivity
3. Maintain detailed client records including treatment history, product recommendations, and progress tracking
4. Recommend and retail professional skincare products with comprehensive usage instructions
5. Maintain treatment room sanitation, equipment sterilization, and inventory management
6. Achieve monthly service and retail sales targets through exceptional client service and product knowledge
7. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product formulations through continuous education
1. Valid state esthetician license and compliance with all state regulations
2. Minimum 2 years professional experience performing advanced facial treatments
3. Proficiency in extractions, chemical exfoliation, and mask applications
4. Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common disorders
5. Strong consultation skills and ability to recommend appropriate treatment protocols
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills
7. Ability to maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards
Preferred Qualifications
1. 3+ years experience in medical spa or luxury resort environment
2. Certification in advanced modalities: microcurrent, LED therapy, or ultrasound
3. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
4. Previous retail sales experience with premium skincare lines
5. Knowledge of ingredient formulations and product chemistry
6. Experience with male clientele and specific men's skincare concerns
7. Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)

1. Certified in lymphatic drainage massage or facial massage techniques
