Chiropractor responsibilities include:
1. Perform initial patient assessments including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using spinal adjustments, mobilization, and soft tissue therapy
3. Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
4. Provide patient education on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support spinal health
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, physical therapists, and massage therapists for integrated patient care
6. Manage scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing within a private practice or clinical setting
1. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution
2. Valid state chiropractic license and current malpractice insurance
3. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in chiropractic care
