2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience with molecular biology techniques
3. Proficiency with laboratory equipment including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers
4. Strong understanding of scientific methodology and experimental design
5. Ability to maintain detailed documentation following GLP guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree or PhD in Biological Sciences
2. Experience with BSL-2 laboratory protocols and safety procedures
