Behavioral Technician responsibilities include:

5. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

7. Provide regular progress reports to supervising BCBA
8. Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
1. High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
2. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
3. Ability to pass background check and drug screening
4. Physical ability to work with children (including kneeling, bending, lifting)
5. Basic computer skills for data recording and documentation
6. Availability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
2. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
3. Previous experience working with individuals with special needs

5. CPR and First Aid certification
6. Experience with data collection and behavioral documentation
