1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Big 4 public accounting experience.
3. Experience in both public and private company environments.
4. Background in technology, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
5. Experience with IPO preparation or public company reporting.
6. Proven track record in M&A transactions valuation.
7. Experience implementing ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite).
