6. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis
7. Support capital expenditure analysis and ROI calculations for new business initiatives
8. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal financial policies
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
3. Expert proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data analysis
4. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting
5. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
6. Proven ability to create executive-level financial presentations and reports
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field
2. CPA, CFA, or FMVA certification
