4. Structure and negotiate M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, and restructuring deals

6. Manage client relationships and identify new business development opportunities
7. Coordinate with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams throughout transaction processes
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
2. 3+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or middle market bank
3. Series 7 and 79 certifications (FINRA licensed)
4. Expert proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comparable companies)
5. Advanced Excel skills and mastery of PowerPoint for client presentations
6. Proven track record of completed M&A or capital markets transactions
7. Strong understanding of US securities regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA from top-tier business school or CFA designation
2. 5+ years of specific industry coverage experience (TMT, Healthcare, Energy, or Financial Services)
3. Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet platforms
4. Previous experience at a top 10 investment bank
5. Established network of corporate and institutional client relationships
6. Knowledge of debt capital markets and syndicated loan structures
7. Experience mentoring and training junior analysts

1. Multiple language proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, or German)
2. Expertise in cross-border M&A transactions
3. Experience with special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs)
4. Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing criteria
