2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
3. Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies
4. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and tax requirements
5. Lead financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to board and stakeholders
6. Direct risk management and internal control systems
7. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
8. Oversee accounting operations, payroll, and financial systems
9. Provide financial guidance on business decisions and M&A opportunities
10. Lead and develop finance team across accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. 15+ years progressive financial leadership experience
3. CPA certification and active license
4. Expert knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations
5. Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis
6. Extensive background in financial reporting and compliance
7. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
