1. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analyze clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance
2. Develop customized financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning
3. Provide ongoing portfolio management and investment recommendations aligned with client objectives
4. Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting client portfolios
5. Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication
7. Educate clients on financial products, market conditions, and investment strategies
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
2. Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
3. 3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment consulting
4. Proven track record of building and managing client portfolios
5. Strong understanding of investment products, retirement plans, and tax strategies
6. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software
7. Clean U4 record and adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Finance or MBA with finance concentration
2. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation
3. 5+ years of experience working with high-net-worth clients
4. Experience with comprehensive financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
5. Background in portfolio management for clients with $1M+ investable assets
6. Knowledge of estate planning, insurance products, and alternative investments
7. Existing book of business or client relationships in the local market
