Implement and manage revenue operations technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) 4. Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue performance across all channels and segments 5. Lead pricing strategy development and sales compensation planning 6. Drive cross-functional alignment between revenue-generating departments 7. Manage enterprise-level client relationships and strategic partnership development 8. Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to board and stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements

1. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-generating roles (Sales, Marketing, or Business Development) 2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth in excess of $100M annually 3. Expertise in implementing and optimizing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue operations platforms 4. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance revenue teams 5. Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and P&L management 6. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models 7. Experience developing and executing multi-channel revenue strategies 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
