2. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA with finance concentration
3. Active CPA certification
4. Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in US-based organizations
5. Extensive SEC reporting and regulatory compliance expertise
6. Demonstrated success in capital raising and financial strategy execution
7. Expert knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
8. Experience managing finance functions for organizations with $500M+ revenue
9. Strong leadership and team development capabilities
10. Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
