Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and comply with EPA/OSHA regulations 4. Manage workflow using shop management software (e.g., Mitchell 1, Alldata) 5. Conduct quality control inspections on completed repairs 6. Maintain shop equipment and ensure proper calibration 7. Handle customer escalations and provide detailed repair explanations 8. Monitor shop KPIs including productivity, efficiency, and comeback rates 9. Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance 10. Train and mentor junior technicians on repair procedures and best practices

Must-Have Requirements

1. 5+ years of automotive technician experience with ASE Master Technician certification 2. 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in automotive repair 3. Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., Snap-on, Bosch) and shop management software 4. Extensive knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations for repair facilities 5. Valid driver's license with clean driving record 6. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in shop environment 7.
