Implement corrective actions based on safety audit findings 9. Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs 10. Serve as primary contact for regulatory agency inspections

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field 2. 5+ years of safety management experience in industrial or construction settings 3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) certification 4. Extensive knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards 5. Proven experience developing and implementing safety programs 6. Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills 7. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 8. Ability to conduct effective safety training sessions 9. Experience with safety management systems and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Occupational Safety or related discipline 2. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or oil/gas industry 3. Additional certifications (CIH, CHMM, or ASP) 4. Experience with behavioral-based safety programs 5. Knowledge of EPA and DOT regulations 6. Previous experience managing safety in multi-site operations 7. bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English) 8. Experience with safety software systems and data analytics

1. First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification 2. Experience with ISO 45001 implementation 3. Advanced knowledge of industrial hygiene principles 4. Experience managing severe injury prevention programs 5. Proficiency in safety data analysis and metrics reporting 6. Crisis management and emergency response coordination experience 7.
