Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement 8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for material flow and inventory management 9. Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 2. 10+ years of manufacturing management experience with 5+ years in plant leadership 3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs 4. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles 5. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets 6. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams in union and non-union environments 7. Expertise in OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements 8. Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software implementation 9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities 10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

1. MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management 2. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume manufacturing environments 3. Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification 4. Experience with plant startups or facility expansions 5. Background in implementing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies 6. Experience working in multinational manufacturing corporations 7. Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS 16949, or similar quality standards 8. Proven success in turnaround situations or performance improvement projects 9. Experience with union contract negotiations and labor relations 10. Background in chemical processing or continuous manufacturing operations

1. Bilingual in Spanish for workforce communication 2. Professional Engineering (PE) license 3. Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP implementation 4. Certified Plant Manager (CPM) credential 5.
