3. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
4. Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
5. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
6. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
7. Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
8. Develop and monitor maintenance budgets and cost control measures
9. Train and mentor maintenance technicians on proper procedures and techniques
10. Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly
1. 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
2. High school diploma or GED equivalent
3. EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling
4. Proven knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V), plumbing, and mechanical systems
5. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
7. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
8. Experience with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems
9. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
10. Availability for on-call emergencies and flexible scheduling
