Handyman responsibilities include:

2. Conduct carpentry work such as door/window repairs, cabinet installation, and trim work
3. Complete painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to professional standards
4. Install and repair various household appliances and fixtures
5. Perform basic HVAC maintenance including filter changes and thermostat calibration
6. Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
7. Respond to emergency repair requests in timely manner
8. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
9. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships
1. 3+ years of professional handyman experience in the US market
2. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proper insurance
3. Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance trades
