Must-Have Requirements

1. 5+ years facilities management experience in commercial or corporate environments 2. Proven budget management skills with $1M+ annual facility budgets 3. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and building code regulations 4. Experience managing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance contracts 5. Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities 6. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
