Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops to enable client teams on platform features and best practices. 4. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and API specifications. 5. Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation phases, troubleshooting issues and providing expert-level support. 6. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and identify potential product enhancements. 7. Manage project timelines and deliverables using Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools to ensure on-time deployment.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 2. 3+ years of experience in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles. 3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) for scripting and automation tasks. 4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 5.
