Based in the US, you will work directly with customers across various industries to deliver maximum value from our technology platform.
Professional Services Engineer responsibilities include:
1. Lead technical implementation projects for enterprise software deployments, including installation, configuration, and integration with existing client systems.
2. Conduct discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design customized solution architectures.
3. Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops to enable client teams on platform features and best practices.
4. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and API specifications.
5. Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation phases, troubleshooting issues and providing expert-level support.
6. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and identify potential product enhancements.
7. Manage project timelines and deliverables using Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools to ensure on-time deployment.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2. 3+ years of experience in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) for scripting and automation tasks.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Strong understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL and NoSQL), and network infrastructure.
6. Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. US work authorization and ability to travel up to 25% to client sites nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation).
2. Previous experience in SaaS implementation projects for enterprise clients.
