Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include:

2. Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance
3. Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing
4. Conduct prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and project managers
6. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures
7. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering tasks
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 3+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience
3. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and materials science
5. Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
6. Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and fabrication
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
8. Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months
